We’ve loaded this refreshing recipe with a balance of sharp, zingy and savoury flavours – the citrus hint of the sumac really brings the chickpeas to life. You won’t believe how quickly it comes together! This makes a tasty and filling packed lunch and it’s even better if you leave the flavours to mingle in the fridge overnight.

Hubby made this last night to go alongside chicken and crusty bread. It tasted fantastic and he said that it was really easy (and not too stressful) to make. The sauce was super thick and very delicious. My new go to salad dressing. 🥗 😁
