Making your own burger patty with lean mince is such an easy way to cut a huge amount of calories in a burger. Swapping to a wholemeal bun, or to gluten-free rolls, means you can up your fibre, but cut out sugar. . . and adding some chipotle spice to your burger? Yassss queen.

I didn't have a lime so used 2 tbsps of lime juice. Also recommend using normal chilli flakes and adding 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper if you don't have Chipotle chilli flakes.
