Below we added some of our communities most common hints and tips. We hope you find them useful.

Swap This

You could swap the light single cream alternative for regular single cream, for additional calories.

Quick easy recipe, simple no faffing, very tasty!
Goes perfect with rocket salad, radish and balsamic dressing.
Easy recipe, lovely taste
I used single cream that I had in fridge and no spinach but so tasty, will definitely make again.
It’s got to be one of the tastiest quiches.
I didn’t have low cream so used fat free cottage cheese, I put it in a food processor until smooth and omitted spinach, it didn’t make any difference to outcome, it was absolutely delicious

Hi Karen, a 26cm dish should be fine for this recipe, the quiche will just be a little thinner than if it was cooked in a 24 cm dish. Enjoy the recipe!
