A lovely tasty pie.
I substituted the pastry top for a mash topping, as I'm not keen on pastry. Also added some courgette that needed to be used up.
Tonight’s tasty delight. The filling is so creamy
Didn’t have individual pots for pies so made one for the two of us. Froze some filling that was left. Served with mash and gravy.
