These can be served straight from the oven as a main meal (3 nuggets per portion) for 219 kcal per serving. Alternatively, cool and serve chilled for a picnic or buffet. Toasting the breadcrumbs gives the nuggets an extra-crispy coating, which we love. Your nuggets will still be delicious even if you skip this step!

Nice as part of a meal or as a snack

When putting the potato mixture around the cheese a good tip is to wet your hands after every few. It stops the mixture sticking to your hands.

Difficult to stop at three!

Add finely grated parmesan to the breadcrumbs to add flavour to the crust.
