Frozen Pineapple Whip
Zingy and refreshing, this fruity whip is perfect for a hot day, or any time you fancy something sweet yet light. You could serve in dishes or divide into little paper cones. You can’t go wrong with a swirl of this served in an ice-cream cone – it tastes like sunshine!
Hints & Tips
Below we added some of our communities most common hints and tips. We hope you find them useful.
You may find you need to blitz the ingredients in two batches depending on the size of your blender or food processor. We found a handheld stick blender was not suitable for blitzing the ingredients. If you like to prepare ahead, make sure your dishes are suitable to place in the freezer and pipe or spoon into them, then place in the freezer and serve later. Take out of the freezer 5 minutes before serving to soften a little.
You can swap the fresh pineapple for tinned pineapple chunks in natural juice (well drained) or frozen pineapple chunks.
