Hints & Tips

Below we added some of our communities most common hints and tips. We hope you find them useful.

Make it Veggie

For a vegetarian frittata, swap the meat for your favourite meat-free sausage and bacon alternative.

Didn’t have any Parmesan cheese so used cheddar instead
Lovely easy dish for a filling meal.
Add a dash of hot sauce such as Franks for a lovely kick.
Ideal to make in advance for a quick tasty breakfast.
A great recipe which easily allows for changes of frittata content! I omitted the sausage, baked beans & spring onion. I replaced them with new potato, extra mushrooms & red onion. Delicious, made in advance for teenager to microwave for breakfast!
Much easier than a full fry-up!
We used spinach instead of mushrooms which worked perfectly as an alternative.
