Garlic Scalloped Potatoes
Kay often declared these crispy discs of potato a favourite as a child, referring to them as 'scallops', so that many people thought she had very refined taste for her age. They're a nice change from wedges or chips and, when seasoned with a little garlic and soft in the middle and crispy on the outside, we think you'll love them too. Serve with our Ratatouille Chicken recipe (see page 174) as an alternative to chips and potato wedges.
