Back in the 80s, surf and turf used to mean topping a steak with deep-fried breaded scampi. We've worked some Pinch of Nom magic to bring you this lighter take on the meat and seafood combo! Cook the succulent steak to your liking, then smother it in our slimming-friendly creamy, garlicky sauce, complete with juicy king prawns. Ready in 20 minutes, we love to serve it with steamed green vegetables on the side.
