Ready for meaty pasties with a Pinch of Nom twist? Keema provides the perfect filling for our Indian-inspired pasties! Instead of traditional pastry, we’ve used dough from our Simple Naan Bread recipe to create our crispy casing and the softer ‘bready’ texture is a real treat.

We used mild curry powder, but if you prefer things a bit hotter you can try medium curry powder instead.
You can swap the minced beef for 5 %-fat minced turkey, lamb or pork.
