This dish is beautifully simple, but don't let the sparse ingredient list fool you: this dish is full of flavour. Tagliatelle is a really versatile pasta, going well with thick sauces as well as basic elements such as tomatoes or, in this case, lemon juice. Marinating the chicken in the lemon and pepper is a really important step, so don't skip this; we promise you won't regret it!

AMAZING! Game changer 👌🏼
I used a flavoured lemon linguine instead of standard tagliatelle - more expensive but so worth it for a special occasion!
The lemon flavour really comes through
Definitely marinate the chicken for fuller flavour. I only made two portions this time so halved the ingredients which was easy to do. This is such a simple recipe but full of flavour
Beautiful and juicy
Was a bit too lemony for me at first. I decided to not put lemon in the tagliatelle and only put it in the chicken. Amazing!
