Before starting, make sure you have room in your freezer for the freezer-proof container you are using. If making this on a hot day, chill your mixing bowl in the fridge before adding the blitzed semi-frozen yoghurt and place it back in the fridge between blitzing each batch. This will help to stop it from melting. Get the toffee pieces, chocolate chips and biscuit pieces ready in advance, so that you can fold them into the semi-frozen mixture without delay.
