Pink Apple Slaw
Sometimes it can be a struggle to find low-calorie meal accompaniments or sides, but by using some sharp and strong flavours such as lemon and cider vinegar, this slaw, heavy with juicy apple, is a real treat. So, so tasty and at just 40 calories per serving, it's an absolute winner with anything – we love it with our Popcorn Chicken recipe (see page 56).
