Pink Raspberry Custard
This pink custard brings back so many childhood memories for us. We used to have warm, pink custard poured over our puddings at school lunchtimes – usually on a Coconut and Jam Sponge or Jam Roly Poly, as an added treat. To give this one a fruitier, family-friendly twist, we’ve stirred in raspberries to enhance its natural pink colouring.
