Piri Piri Roast Chicken
Here's traditional roast chicken with a spicy makeover. It's hard to believe that you can pack so many flavours into one roast chicken, but here we've put our Pinch of Nom spin on things! We recommend removing the skin before eating, but no added oils or fats means you can indulge occasionally. You could also serve with Batatas Picantes (see page 250) for a treat if you don't mind the extra calories.
