If you are using bamboo skewers, be sure to soak them in water before cooking to stop them from burning.

A tomato each end really holds everything in place!
Go wild with colours and book end each skewer with cherry tomatoes which hold everything else in place!
What an absolute treat!
Easy peasy done in the air fryer. Served with a tzatziki made out of 0% Greek yoghurt
Worked great in my Ninja 15-1
Worth it to baste with leftover marinade
