Rarebit Soup
With tangy cheese and a spicy relish, this Rarebit Soup packs a punch! Named for the iconic flavours from the traditional Welsh dish, our low-calorie twist is simple and inexpensive to make. Combining potatoes and leeks with cheesy mustard, each bowlful is satisfying and delicious on its own (or even better with a crusty roll to mop up the leftovers!).
