Roast Pork and Apple Salad
A rainbow-like medley of colourful veg, tender pork strips and sliced apples, this is one of those salads that'll have you counting the minutes until lunchtime. Alongside the classic combination of pork and apple, we've tossed in beans, onion, carrot and cabbage. Whether you use roast pork leftovers or ready-cooked pork slices, our mildly tangy mustard dressing never rails to make the flavours pop!
Hints & Tips
Below we added some of our communities most common hints and tips. We hope you find them useful.
