Who says broccoli has to be boring? We love a good oven-baked broccoli recipe, and the Asian-inspired flavours we’ve used to coat our florets are bound to impress even the pickiest eaters at the table. We love how well the charred flavours complement the garlicky coating of ginger and soy sauce, and there’s room to experiment with added dried chilli flakes too!
