We’re obsessed with the oh-so-satisfying panko breadcrumb topping on this cheesy salmon bake. If crispy, baked salmon wasn’t enough, we’ve smothered broccoli and potatoes in an irresistible cheese sauce. Perfect for when you fancy a break from meat, you’ll be able to count on the winning flavours in this fish dish time and time again. Lemon wedges are a must!

Works well with pasta!
Used pasta instead of potato, and baked in the ninja foodie 😋

Salmon (with pollock and smoked haddock)
I added in some leek for some more texture and flavour and switched to a mix of fish rather then just salmon.

I also added peas and a finely chopped carrot for a bulkier dish.

We have green beans or mange tout with this dish and when the weather warms up I will definitely have salad with it. Absolutely love it!
