Samosa Yorkshire Puddings with Raita
We’ve given these Yorkshire puddings an Indian twist by filling them with a spiced vegetable mix that you would usually find in an Indian samosa.v Serve with a dollop of cooling raita for a tasty, low-calorie veggie lunch that’s a bit different. If you prefer things milder, simply reduce the amount of curry powder, or add more if you want to turn up the heat!
