A Seafood Crespella is ordinarily a dish made with crepes, packed with seafood and rolled up like enchiladas with a cheesy, cream-filled sauce on top. Of course, we put the Pinch of Nom twist on this and switched the crepes for low-calories tortillas and brought the calories right down by using clever ingredient swaps and removing the oils and fats of the original. Tasty but healthy – smashed it!
