Hints & Tips

Below we added some of our communities most common hints and tips. We hope you find them useful.

If you are using bamboo skewers, be sure to soak them in water before cooking to stop them from burning. If your air fryer doesn't have a preheat function, we suggest heating at cooking temperature for a few minutes before adding your food.

Very Easy to Follow.
Leave the steak in the marinade for as long as possible. Thank me later
Easy and delicious
Came out perfect in the air fryer so was a really quick meal to cook. Left out the sirracha sauce from the marinade as we're not too keen on it but it was still delicious and didn't feel like anything was missing. Perfect with a nice flatbread.

‘Amazing! Quick to cook and packed with flavour. I cooked in the airfryer and soaked my wooden skewers so they didn't burn!’
