Steak and Pepper Skewers

We’ve combined lean rump steak pieces with chunky peppers, red onion and cherry tomatoes to make colourful, slimming-friendly skewers you can either oven bake or air fry. They taste so good, you won’t believe they’re only 294 calories per serving – even with a drizzle of herby dressing included!

If you are using bamboo skewers, be sure to soak them in water before cooking to stop them from burning. If your air fryer doesn't have a preheat function, we suggest heating at cooking temperature for a few minutes before adding your food.
