We’ve given the traditionally coffee-infused pud a summer berry makeover! By using ricotta cheese instead of mascarpone for our creamy layers, we’ve made this dessert scrumptious and slimming friendly at only 192 calories per serving. We’ve added a cheeky glug of prosecco for a merry hint of fizz, or you can use apple juice to keep the flavours alcohol-free.
