Tuna Bean Salad
A vibrant, colourful lunch or summery side dish, this Tuna Bean Salad is a real mood-booster! With a handful of fresh ingredients including cannellini beans and tuna, there's no shortage of protein to leave you feeling full long after your final forkful. We've livened up the flavours with garlic and parsley , and tossed everything together with a tangy drizzle of lemon juice and olive oil.
Hints & Tips
Below we added some of our communities most common hints and tips. We hope you find them useful.
You can try adding other proteins to this salad instead of tuna, if you prefer. Cooked chicken, cooked ham or cheese such as feta would work well - adjust the calories accordingly.
We've used a light olive oil spray in this salad. It has more calories, but don't be tempted to use low-calorie cooking spray; it just won't be the same in a salad!
