For a spicy kick you could try adding a small pinch of mild chilli powder, chilli flakes or a few drops of hot pepper sauce to the tuna and cheese mixture.
You can swap the bread for a halved wholemeal bread roll, ciabatta, flatbread or other bread base of choice – but don’t forget to adjust the calories accordingly
