This Tuna Melt Wrap is a lifesaver when you're after a quick, slimming-friendly lunch or snack! Our simple, tasty filling makes the most of readily available ingredients; we've taken it up a notch with reduced-fat cream cheese and a little cayenne pepper. You'll know your melt is ready to serve with a mixed salad when your tortilla is crispy with gooey, Gouda cheese in the middle.

Hints & Tips

Below we added some of our communities most common hints and tips. We hope you find them useful.

We added a small pinch of cayenne pepper to our mixture for a hint of spice, but you can leave this out if you prefer.

We use a mixture of Cheddar and Gouda to help give a bit of a cheesy 'pull', but just use Cheddar if you prefer. Or experiment with other cheeses such as mozzarella. We use ready-sliced cheese that comes in packs and is available in most supermarkets.

You can add other ingredients.
I added sweetcorn for extra texture but you could add diced peppers instead or both!
