Vegetable Parmesan Chips
Having chips on the menu doesn't mean falling off the wagon. These crisp up really nicely in the oven and with the added rosemary and Parmesan, they taste incredible. Serve with yoghurt and a squeeze of lemon if you don't mind the extra calories.
