How To Batch

Cool within 2 hours of cooking, then divide the bolognese sauce into individual servings (minus the spaghetti accompaniment) and freeze immediately. Find detailed guidelines on reheating on page 11.

Filling and delicious
I didn't have any carrots when I made this, so I substituted them for mixed peppers. I also used tinned sliced mushrooms instead of fresh. It still tasted amazing!
