ASDA Plant Based Brioche Burger Buns – 151 calories per bun

Eating a plant-based diet shouldn’t have to mean missing out on the rich, buttery delights of a brioche bun. Usually made from dough that’s enriched with eggs, butter and milk, traditional brioche is far from vegan-friendly. 

The good news is that Asda have stocked their shelves with these Extra Special Plant Based Brioche Burger Buns! Every bit as soft and melt-in-the-mouth as a brioche bun should be, they’ll be your new go-to for sandwiching your veggie burgers!

Fancy some fries with that? You can’t go wrong with some crispy, golden Sweet Potato Fries. A sprinkle of salt and a dollop of ketchup and you’re onto a winner.

Spoon some into a wrap or sandwich, top a jacket spud or serve it on a salad – it’s so versatile and a real time saver! There’s a proper kick of chillies to this, so it’s great if you can handle a little bit of heat.

Each thin, tender beef steak is marinated in smoky chipotle, and it tastes even better when it’s sizzled on the BBQ. These are way more slimming-friendly than you might expect, with just 176 calories per 2 pan fried steaks.

Bang them in the oven, or grill them on the barbecue and dish them up with some fresh salad on the side for a quick and easy dinner. There are only 107 calories in each kebab, so these are light enough for lunch too!

Try it with some smoked salmon and a bagel for a delicious breakfast or lunch. Although this is made using full fat milk, it comes in at just 77 calories per serving.

Pop the kettle on and bite into that fluffy sponge (with real raspberries baked into it!). Topped with a drizzle of pink icing sugar, this light little cake is guaranteed to leave your sweet tooth very happy.
