Onken Greek Style Natural Set Yoghurt – 112 calories per 100g

Onken Greek Style Natural Set Yoghurt featured in Pinch of Nom's Weekly Pinch of Shopping with the calorie count printed above (112 calories per 100g).

With a pot of Onken Greek Style Natural Set Yoghurt in the fridge, you can easily whip up tasty baked treats, smoothies, sauces or marinades, without the need for full-fat creams, oil or butter.

The thicker, creamier texture really takes things up a notch, for fewer calories, and that’s with heaps of good-for-your-gut live cultures thrown in too.

When it comes to cooling down spicy dishes, yoghurt is usually our first port of call. A few dollops of Tzatziki instantly elevates any Greek-style feast, and you can use Onken to rustle up our recipe.

Refreshing and zesty, a spoonful or two has always proved to be a good idea with just about any marinated meat – think juicy lamb chops or chargrilled chicken kebabs

Or, if you’re feeling snackish, take wholemeal pitta bread slices or chopped veggies for a dunk.

A hand is reaching to dip golden, crispy pitta bread pieces in Pinch of Nom's slimming-friendly Tzatziki, presented at the centre of a table in a light blue bowl.

Onken Greek Style Natural Set Yoghurt is available from Morrisons, priced at £1.50 per tub.

Alpro Barista Caramel Chilled Drink – 50 calories per 100ml

Alpro Barista Caramel Chilled Drink featured in Pinch of Nom's Weekly Pinch of Shopping with the calorie count printed above (50 calories per 100ml).

It’s that time of year where we fancy a warm, sweet brew basically all the time! Pick up a carton of Alpro Barista Caramel Chilled Drink, and you can recreate your favourite cafe-bought beverages at home with no sugar-loaded syrups in sight.

The plant-based blend of soya and oats is so silky, it pours seamlessly into an Americano, or foams up perfectly for a latte.

You can even stir some into our wholesome Apple Pie Porridge for an added layer of sweetness. It’ll pair nicely with the honey-glazed, caramelised apple slices and crunchy almonds nestled on top.

Feel free to have a look through our list of slimming-friendly porridge topper ideas for more inspiration. Just be sure to take note of any additional calories, if you’re counting.

These time-saving The Gym Kitchen High Protein Maple Pancakes come ready to slot straight into your toaster. Simply let them warm up for 60 seconds and enjoy!

You’ll get 6.6 grams of protein in each fluffy pancake, or 26 grams from the full stack.

They’re already infused with moreish maple flavours, but there’s nothing to stop you adding an extra drizzle of sugar-free syrup. Sprinkle on some juicy berries and a dollop of fat-free yoghurt for good measure.

We like our sweet toppings to have a hint of savoury in the mix, that’s what makes our Bacon and Maple Blueberry Pancakes recipe so flippin’ good.

You won’t find flour on our ingredients list. Instead, we get oh-so-fluffy results every time by using Ready Brek instead. Finely-blitzed rolled oats work like a charm too!

Maple syrup is poured from a yellow jug over a stack of Pinch of Nom's Bacon and Maple Blueberry Pancakes. The golden brown pancakes are stacked up on a small white plate, with small pieces of bacon and juicy blueberries. In the background, the table is set for breakfast.

We spotted this quirky limited edition with the Specialbuys at Aldi, so you might want to get a wriggle on if you’re thinking of using it as a scary dip for spooktacular buffets.

Pleeease let us know if you give it a try! We’d love to see your comments, posts and photos in our Facebook group.

Morrisons Street Slow Cooked Beef Brisket In A Peppercorn Sauce featured in Pinch of Nom's Weekly Pinch of Shopping with the calorie count printed above (168 calories per 1/2 pack oven cooked).

There are loads of new additions to choose from in Morrisons’ latest oven-cook range, and this ‘Morrisons Street’ Slow Cooked Beef Brisket in a Peppercorn Sauce is just one of the meals that caught our eye.

Your oven will do the hard work for you here, taking 25 minutes to turn the beef fall-off-the-fork tender with a bubbling rich and velvety peppercorn sauce. What’s not to love?

For a midweek dinner that’s hearty without any hassle, plate it up with your favourite veg and a batch of Air Fryer Roast Potatoes.

You can’t beat air-frying when it’s fluffy-in-the-middle, crispy-on-the-outside spuds you’re after. Follow our recipe and they’ll be perfectly golden within half an hour, for only 315 calories per portion (turn to pages 126-127 of our Air Fryer cookbook).

Don’t worry if you’ve not got an air fryer at home yet – you can tap here to try our oven method.

Aunt Bessie’s Cauliflower Cheese – 121 calories per 1/4 pack

Aunt Bessie’s Cauliflower Cheese featured in Pinch of Nom's Weekly Pinch of Shopping with the calorie count printed above (121 calories per 1/4 pack).

We’re always over the moon to see something new from Aunt Bessie’s, which made picking up a bag of new Aunt Bessie’s Cauliflower Cheese a no-brainer. It’s a tough job taste-testing tender florets smothered in a four-cheese sauce, but someone’s gotta do it!

Our top tip is to bake it for a little bit longer than you think, until you spot that gorgeous, golden brown skin on top. Now we’re in the mood for a plate of beef and gravy…

With cottage cheese and reduced-fat Cheddar on our ingredients list, we’ve kept the calories in our own Cauliflower Cheese recipe lower, without losing cheesy deliciousness.

The sauce turns out luscious and creamy, with a crispy topping – and we’ve stirred in soft leeks and red onion for even more flavour and texture.

This was the first of a batch of classic recipes we’re revamping on our website! Make sure you’re on our email list so you don’t miss the next one.

Pinch of Nom's slimming-friendly Cauliflower Cheese is served fresh from the oven, in a large, rectangular blue oven dish on a stripy orange tablecloth. The cheesy topping is golden brown, and a serving spoon with an orange handle is resting in the dish.

Morrisons Southern Style Chicken Gravy featured in Pinch of Nom's Weekly Pinch of Shopping with the calorie count printed above (66 calories per 1/3 pack).

Add a glug of Morrisons Southern Style Chicken Gravy to chicken or chips, and you’ll immediately feel like you’re eating a takeaway. This thick, rich mix has all the Southern-style flavours you’d find in a pot from a restaurant, with hints of cayenne pepper thrown in for a subtle kick of heat.

If you really want to give KFC a run for its money, crisp up a chicken burger to pair with gravy-loaded chips, with the help of our Flava It! Crispy Southern Chicken seasoning mix.

There’s nothing secretive about our blend of herbs and spices, and it’s not just great for giving burgers a golden coating: try it with nuggets, Katsu curry, Scotch eggs and more.

All of your questions about our full range of Flava It! sachets are answered in our blog.

Roosters Breaded Chicken Poppers With BBQ Dip – 294 calories per 1/3 pack (oven cooked, with dip)

Roosters Breaded Chicken Poppers With BBQ Dip featured in Pinch of Nom's Weekly Pinch of Shopping with the calorie count printed above (294 calories per 1/3 pack with dip).

If it wasn’t obvious already that we’re big fans of a certain Kentucky Fried Chicken restaurant, our excitement over these Roosters Breaded Chicken Poppers is bound to give us away. These bite-sized, breadcrumb coated poppers aren’t alone, they also come with a separate sachet of sweet and smoky BBQ sauce.

You can’t argue with how easy they are to ‘pop’ in the air fryer!

We know a thing or two about air-frying popcorn chicken, thanks to our Air Fryer Chipotle Popcorn Chicken recipe. The trick is never to overfill your basket; that way, your air fryer should make light work of recreating restaurant-quality, crispy chicken pieces.

The sticky chipotle marinade soaks in like magic, turning every bite into a mildly spicy, smoky treat. That’s still true even if you cook them up in your oven, by the way!

Pinch of Nom's Chipotle Popcorn Chicken is served in a takeaway-style red plastic basket, lined with red and white chequered paper. On a small red plate, a few pieces of popcorn chicken have been served with some sauce. An additional pot of sauce is nearby, ready for the chicken to be dipped in.

Roosters Breaded Chicken Poppers With BBQ Dip are available from Aldi, priced at £2.49 per box.

Cadbury Caramilk Mousse – 72 calories per pot

Cadbury Caramilk Mousse featured in Pinch of Nom's Weekly Pinch of Shopping with the calorie count printed above (72 calories per pot).

Prepare to fall in love with Cadbury Caramilk Mousse. If you’re already a fiend for Cadbury Caramilk chocolate bars, you’ll be in heaven with these lovely little pots. The light and airy mousse mixture is just as golden as the chocolate you’re used to, with that same blend of caramel and white chocolate flavours.

We’d recommend grabbing a blanket and chilling on the sofa while you tuck in!

The same goes for our decadent-tasting, crunchy-topped Biscoff Mousse. It only takes 5 minutes to follow the recipe, and then you’ll just have to resist temptation for 30 minutes while it sets in the fridge.

We’ve not stopped at swirling in everyone’s favourite spiced-caramel spread, we’ve also crumbled Biscoff biscuits on top – luckily you can never have too much Biscoff!

4 glass ramekins are filled with Pinch of Nom's Biscoff Mousse recipe. The creamy mousse is golden-coloured, topped with a sprinkling of crushed Lotus Biscoff biscuits. Two of the ramekins sit on blue place settings, and 3 golden spoons are arranged on the surface.

Cadbury Caramilk Mousse is available from Morrisons, priced at £2.00 for a pack of 4 pots.

Magnum BonBons Gold Caramel Billionaire – 100 calories per 2 bonbons

Magnum BonBons Gold Caramel Billionaire featured in Pinch of Nom's Weekly Pinch of Shopping with the calorie count printed above (100 calories per 2 bonbons).

That’s right, we’ve got yet another golden caramel treat for you! You can pick up White Chocolate Cookie or Salted Caramel Almond BonBons if you’d prefer, but we went for Magnum BonBons Gold Caramel Billionaire.

Who can say no to vanilla ice cream swirled with salted caramel sauce, wrapped in golden caramel white chocolate and biscuit pieces, ready divided into bite-sized chunks? Not us.

We’re making room in the freezer right now for a big batch of our Millionaire’s Ice Cream. It’s from pages 240-241 of our Enjoy cookbook, and we can promise one thing: it’s luxury by the scoop!

An ice cream swirled with toffee, biscuit and chocolate pieces might not sound slimming friendly, and yet our recipe is at just 156 calories per bowl.

A freezer-friendly tin is filled with Pinch of Nom's Millionaire's Ice Cream, as it's being scooped into two side bowls with a large spoon. Toffee, biscuit and chocolate pieces are visibly poking out of the indulgent-looking vanilla ice cream mixture.

Magnum BonBons Gold Caramel Billionaire are available from Ocado, priced at £4.50 per tub.

It’s also great to nibble on dunked into a budget-friendly homemade dip. Celery cooks down nicely to boost the flavours cooking sauces for lots of wholesome dishes, our Creamy Tomato Pasta.

Pinch of Nom's Creamy Tomato Pasta is served in one large family-sized bowl, with 3 smaller, individual portions to the side. The pasta is garnished with basil leaves.

Red Onions – 41 calories per 100g

Red Onions from Aldi's Super 6 selection, featured in Pinch of Nom's Weekly Pinch of Shopping with calories above (41 calories per 100g).

With more antioxidants than their white and brown counterparts, Red onions are a super versatile veggie that you can enjoy raw or cooked. It’s always handy to have a few in your kitchen, especially if you’re looking to sauté the base for a rich, homemade sauce.

You’ll find red onion finely chopped and simmered until sweet for our Caramelised Onion Quiche. Delicious hot or cold, we never get bored of this recipe.

Pinch of Nom's Caramelised Onion Quiche is served in a large ovenproof dish. A quarter has already been sliced, with one slice waiting in the dish to be removed and another off to the side. A small portion of salad is also served to the side.

There’s definitely been a chill in the air lately, that’s why we’ll be adding this Chicken and Mushroom Pie to our weekly meal plan. Don’t be fooled by the crunchy pastry topping, our recipe is just 247 calories per serving.

A spoonful of Chicken and Mushroom Pie is being served onto a dinner plate. Filo pastry has been scrunched on top of the pie and baked until golden and crunchy. The creamy chicken and mushroom filling is visible where the portion has been removed from the pie dish.

Salad Potatoes from Aldi's Super 6 selection, featured in Pinch of Nom's Weekly Pinch of Shopping with calories above (75 calories per 100g).

You can’t beat the versatility of potatoes! While they might look similar to baby potatoes, these ones are a little more dense and hold their shape nicely, even after being cooked.

Why not pop a few in your basket to make a refreshing side portion of our Potato Salad recipe? We’ve used a satisfying mixture of quark, spring onions and chives to make this creamy salad as tasty as it is slimming friendly.

Pinch of Nom's Potato Salad is served on a large plate, coated in a creamy sauce with plenty of spring onion and chives stirred through. A fork is waiting to tuck in, with side plates ready to serve.
