Who says pastry has to be off the slimming menu? We've taken inspiration from Danish high-street bakeries to put together these impressive little apricot treats. To keep the calories down , we've paired crispy, light puff pastry with a sweet centre of apricot and reduced-sugar jam. Quick and simple to make and even easier to store, keep them in the fridge or freezer ready to level-up your morning brew!

Hints & Tips

Below we added some of our communities most common hints and tips. We hope you find them useful.

Make sure to assemble the pastries once the pastry pinwheels are on the baking tray! It's more difficult to lift them onto the tray once made.

You don't have to sprinkle almonds on the tops of the pastries if you'd prefer not to. Without the almonds, each pastry will contain 110 kcal and 15g of carbohydrates.

NEW TIP
Very easy to make. Delicious
I used orange marmalade as I couldn't get apricot jam from my local supermarket
