Bacon and Red Pesto Soup

You can make this thick and tasty soup with just a few simple ingredients. We've used readymade red pesto sauce from a jar to add a boost of red pepper and tomato flavours to the soup. Top your steaming bowl of soup with a little extra red pesto and swirl it in if you would like to make it more indulgent, but don't forget to adjust the calories (see tip)!
