These moreish little squares of Biscoff sponge are light, moist and topped with a layer of creamy Biscoff spread for a little extra indulgence. They have a caramel, biscuity flavour with a little cinnamon to add a hint of warming spice and are perfect with a cuppa. These are so quick and easy to make they're sure to become a family favourite!

The sponge is so light that I found it easier to warm the spread to actually be able to spread! As you can see otherwise it is in lumps or tears the cake….
