Boulangere Potatoes
Our Boulangere Potatoes have all the luxury of dauphinoise potatoes, for a fraction of the calories! Made with a short list of simple ingredients, they make for a tasty break from mash or roasties with meat or fish. We've built layers of flavour with thinly sliced potatoes and onions, and baked them to perfection in rich, garlicky stock.
Hints & Tips
Below we added some of our communities most common hints and tips. We hope you find them useful.
This dish is really tasty with a teaspoon (5g) of finely grated Parmesan over the top at the end too! Just add 20 Kcal per portion.
If you have a mandoline or a food processor with a slicing attachment, it will make quick work of the prep for this dish! If not, make sure your knife is super sharp and cut thin slices. While there's no need to peel the potatoes, you can if you wish.
