We've turned crushed-up ginger nut biscuits into a crisp tart case, with a flavour that brings out the best from the velvety chocolate filling. Baked and then chilled until it has the consistency of a set custard, this is worthy of a dinner party dessert – no one will ever guess it's so slimming friendly.
