Curried Macaroni Cheese
We’ve given Mac and Cheese a spicy makeover, and we can’t wait for you to try it! With curry powder and red chillies mixed into the cheese sauce, this dish has a good kick to it. We think the fiery heat works well, balanced with the creamy Cheddar, but you can make this recipe milder if you prefer (just leave out the red chillies). This is proper comfort food – simple to make and ready to eat in well under an hour.

Take care not to overcook the pasta; after boiling it needs to still have some 'bite' as it will be cooked further in the oven.
