We wanted to make a crustless quiche so flavoursome that it'd be impossible to miss the pastry crust, and we reckon we've nailed it! With caramelised onions, sweet peppers and chicken, every bite of this curry-spiced quiche is creamy and satisfying – served hot or cold! It's not curry night without mango chutney, so we've swirled in a few sweet, tangy tablespoons to liven up the flavours.
