Pizza assembly

Step 1

After you have rolled out your dough, place the BBQ sauce and spread it around.

Step 2

Add the onions, peppers, chicken and bacon.

Step 3

Sprinkle on the cheese – make sure to distribute it evenly.

Step 4

Place in an oven pre-heated to 200°C for 12-15 minutes.

Ingredients

Pizza Base

  • 1 packet wholemeal bread mix
  • 350 ml water
  • low calorie cooking spray

Pizza Assembly & Cooking

  • 2 tbsp bbq sauce from our pulled pork recipe
  • ¼ cooked chicken breast diced
  • 2 bacon medallions cooked and diced
  • ½ tbsp red onion finely diced
  • ½ tbsp red pepper finely diced
  • ½ tbsp green pepper finely diced
  • 35 g reduced fat mozzarella grated
