Garlic lovers, this one's for you! With just a handful of budget-friendly ingredients and a spare 20 minutes, you can rustle up this punchy pasta dish. Beautifully simple, you'll be twisting up forkfuls of silky spaghetti in no time. It's medium-spicy from the chilli, although you can add more or less to suit your taste. Stir in some parsley for freshness and finish it off with a sprinkle of Parmesan.
