We’ve combined chopped tomatoes, vegetables, herbs and spices with punchy ginger to make our showstopping sauce, and left our pork pieces to cook until they’re fall-off–the-fork tender. It tastes so mouth-wateringly good, you’ll be relieved to hear that it’s freezer-friendly too.
