Shred the cabbage and carrots as finely as you can to make a delicate coleslaw.

NEW TIP
Check your dressing before adding to the coleslaw mix. My limes were quite sour so needed an extra bit of honey. I removed the pork before the glaze became too thick and mixed in my noodles to give them flavour and colour.
