Glazed Pork Loin with Lime and Ginger Coleslaw

Hints & Tips

Below we added some of our communities most common hints and tips. We hope you find them useful.

Shred the cabbage and carrots as finely as you can to make a delicate coleslaw.

Check your dressing before adding to the coleslaw mix. My limes were quite sour so needed an extra bit of honey. I removed the pork before the glaze became too thick and mixed in my noodles to give them flavour and colour.
