Honey Soy Chicken Thighs
The moreish marinade for these Honey Soy Chicken Thighs is inspired by some of our favourite Asian flavours. With only a few ingredients (including a couple you probably already have in the cupboard), you can whip up this simple midweek meal in under an hour. In fact, why not prepare your chicken in the morning and leave it to marinate until dinnertime? This gives all those sweet, salty, aromatic flavours time to work their magic!

Hi Pat, you cook the chicken thighs in the marinade. The marinade will reduce during cooking to form a sticky sauce. Hope you enjoy the recipe!
