Our take on a traditional Greek stew can be cooked in the slow cooker or in the oven. It’s full of Mediterranean flavours and the fresh mint and lemon juice make it extra delicious! Make sure to brown the onions, garlic and lamb first, as this will add flavour to the finished dish. Use good-quality tinned tomatoes that have a good, rich depth of flavour. Cheaper ones can be a bit acidic sometimes, and could spoil the flavour of this dish.
