Everybody loves an easy-peasy Friday night fakeaway! Inspired by sweet yet tangy takeaway flavours, we've cooked our chicken in a punchy homemade lemon and ginger sauce. Ready in 30 minutes, and only 233 calories per portion, there's no excuse not to give it a try. While we think rice works best to soak up every drop of sauce, the citrus and ginger flavours pair nicely with noodles too.
