Neapolitan Ice Pops
Chocolate, strawberry, banana . . . why choose one flavour when you can have them all? Inspired by the classic triple ice cream flavour, these Neapolitan Ice Pops are a great way to use up any bananas that are looking a little past their best. Blended and frozen, they turn into a creamy ice- cold treat – and we’ve made it even more delicious with a drizzle of melted chocolate and some cookie crumbs sprinkled on top.
Hints & Tips
Below we added some of our communities most common hints and tips. We hope you find them useful.
If you don't have a microwave, melt the chocolate on the hob. Place the pieces in a heatproof bowl and set over a small pan of boiling water, making sure the bottom of the bowl does not touch the water. Stir the chocolate until melted.
