I’m making the peanut ramen and I have no clue what a coconut plant based drink is? Is this just coconut milk?

It’s a plant based alternative for dairy milk. The sort you would use in your coffee or tea. You’ll find it in cartons, in the free from aisle. Common brands are Alpro, Koko and some supermarkets have their own brands too. You could use tinned coconut milk if you prefer but that will increase the calories if they are important to you.
