These zingy Pineapple Fritters are so good, you’ll never be able to tell they’re not deep-fried. We’ve saved on calories by frying our batter-covered pineapple rings with a spritz of low-calorie cooking spray. Once they’re golden and crispy, we’ve coated them in a moreish dusting of ginger, cinnamon and sweetener. An easy sweet bite you can prepare in under 20 minutes, they’re best enjoyed with a refreshing spoonful of our honey yoghurt – they go together like a dream!
