NEW TIP
This was so easy and took the pork steak to another level
I didn’t have pesto so used some tomato purée and added some Worcestershire sauce then added this to the other ingredients, lovely

Really tasty and easy to make.
I flattened out the pork steaks with a rolling pin to give a bigger surface for topping.
