Try adding other vegetables of your choice, such as a few sliced mushrooms or spring onions.

So quick and easy!
Don't over cook the pork so it stays juicy. Choose whatever topping you like, I added a bit of pepperoni crumb 👌
This was so easy and took the pork steak to another level
I didn’t have pesto so used some tomato purée and added some Worcestershire sauce then added this to the other ingredients, lovely
Really tasty and easy to make.
I flattened out the pork steaks with a rolling pin to give a bigger surface for topping.
